Default what does masrafe bring in to the team?

hes been a brave fighter but he is no longer the player he was......hardly touches 130 innocuous lollypops and he cant hit big at the end as well anymore....

I appreciate all that he's done for us but it's time to call it quits. I won't even go into the rationale of appointing a perennially half-fit player as captain but I don't think he should have been playing this match. He's struggling.

Guess so...but his presence I guess keeps the team together, there are groupings in the team.

People have problems with Shakib's captaincy, Mushy was given a long run and he lost his entho somewhere and wasn't trying enough to do better. So Mash was the only answer.

So YA he could have opted out of this match to regain fitness.

This is really odd. He's been our best FB by far and our only good FB. He did quite well until his calf issues. And he's our best choice for captain. His on-field decision-making can improve, but it's far better than Mushy's was, and he's a far better leader.

Really odd knee-jerking comments.

Mashrafi is a fighter and gives his heart out every game. He has bowled incredibly in this tournament. This thread doesn't deserve any respect.

The things he did made no sense to us, because we are no bodies, and he's the pro. In the end he knew wtf he was doing and he got **** done. And that's just ****ing beautiful!

Why are we hating on Mash? This hate should be directed towards Tamim.

To be fair hatred is the wrong word if it were not for tamim we may have struggled against the scots....well i must put my hands up and acknowledge that mash absolutely redeemed himself after the initial clobbering he got

It was premature of u to call it. Mash has been our best pacer. He is a much more reliable bowler than taskin and rubel as they can both be erratic at times. Mash adds calmness to the bowling attack and is experienced enough to swing it where he wants to in conditions that suit him. And u want him gone for who? Shafiul??? Lol

He has been an excellent captain and the best pacer. Isn't that enough?
