Good stuff! I'm no hard rock/metal expert but this sounds good as a debut song. Here are a few observations from what I heard:

1) The opening acoustic arpeggio is nice (like Kirk Hammett!). Could be little crisp.
2) The chorus after the second verse could be little tighter, drums and rhythm guitar sounds like competing instead of complementing each other on that section. Rest of the time they sound like good buddies :-)
3) Nice solos. Reminds me of the late '80s hard rock stuff
4) A coda with a different angle (maybe after the second verse) could be nice. Or you could probably just bring back the opening Arpeggio and add some flavors to it this time, with the lead guitar walking a slightly different line.
5) Could be a little darker. But that's just my taste. I'm probably thinking that way because the opening hints of a metallica-like tune before going a different direction.

All in all a great effort.
