Default Public Apology

To my fellow Banglacricket members, I apologise for my pessimistic views on today's match. I believe it was logical to feel as if we'd get creamed, however as a fan, some things I said should have been avoided.

I would especially like to apologise to cricman for claiming that the shortened match would be a disadvantage. Sincerest apologies.

And no matter how pessimistic my comments may have been, I think the fact that I bothered to follow the whole match should be evidence enough to suggest that I still believed in them.

I'm standing in that corner and CELEBRATING. It's spelt "apology" by the way.

Couldn't watch the match, but if that's true, then we should pray for more fog on Friday, right?

What party? We lost to Zimbabwe. Only 1 win vs. SL does not make that OK. We need to win the final, then perhaps we can say that the Zimbabwe match was a fluke.

I think it really was a fluke and we have proved that today. If we win the final, then it will be a proof that today's win wasnt a fluke.

When someone told me about the match half way down the second innings, I said, "Wait and watch BD mess up".....then, quit surprisingly, BD didnt mess up.

atleast you have the decency to even apologise when you were proven wrong, let alone produce an entire thread about it..
..unlike some poeple who critisize and critisize and never admit that could possibly be in the wrong.

Why not think the other way around. Today's our win is fluke. I have seen so many false dawn that I have earned the right to be cynical

thebest, actually I would not call our result today a fluke at all. This is the first time BD has won a must win match against a bigger power. And that too with the swagger of bonus point? Come now man!

lol nice thread! Sometimes pessimistic view works like a medicine (similar to the reverse sweep shot) so there is no need to be shamed or need for an apology..
