BBC Fantasy cricket, who wants to play?

BBC Fantasy Cricket

I think everyone knows what fantasy cricket. You choose max of 2 players of each country and make your team, and hope to get the max points.

BBC fantasy cricket also has Friends league. I was hoping members in this forum might want to play a Friends World Cup League.

I already made a League in the BBC Fantasy Cricket. If you are interested to join the league then register with BBC fantasy cricket and then let me know your PIN number. You can post it here or email me at nasif@yifan.net . I will add your team to the league.

At the end of World Cup we will know who has the best team. Good luck to all.

Since I'm a typical Bangali cricket (fan) - I am bound to come up with excuses, here's mine:

Either I'm at work for my boss or at home working for my other boss. INternet is sometimes offlimits at home, hence the updates get stalled (however, it was stalled while I was single as well).

To join an existing Friends League, email your team PIN to the League Chairman of the league you wish to join. They should then add your team into their league using the Chairman's Office. Once they have added you to the league, you will be able to follow the link from your team page through to your Friends League table.

How come i can't do that?

This will be loads of (clean) fun. I am adding my wife in the league as well, hope she doesn't kick my arse cause I don't want to miss the bragging rights in my own house.

Others out there. It only takes 5/7 minutes and also you get a chance to compete with others. We have a lot of 'selectors' in this board who always question the BCB selectors. Guess what, tihs is your big chance to show off how much better you are.

Except, you will only come second to me. But that should not stop you from trying .... Muhahahahha.

And I am questioning BBC's (British Broadcasting ..) right to give us chance to select only 2 players from each country.

Why can't we choose 11 players from 1 country?

And why can't we choose our own players - as batsman, allrounder, keeper?

they're trying to make it competitive so no1 just makes a whole heap of crappy players from BD (like they all are). Get used to it every fantasy cricket compitition has limits of how many ppl per country

Actually, I wenit expecting only to get one player per country and I thought how bad that would be. I was very pleased to have the opportunity to get 2 players each from the teams that matter instead of having to pick one from Canada, one from Holland .....

Don't worry about that - I am fed up of changing the players. This team is the 2nd team that I have chosen after being completely un-decisive over who to choose from which country, because I wanted to choose more than 2 players from one country and in some cases, I didn't want to include another country at all.
