In regards to BCCI and India there isn't really any conspiracy. We are not a significant force in cricket performance wise or financially to attract any favors from any nations.
Simple as that. If we start winning, our players will get the contracts and we will get the invites. If cricket starts making significant money in BD and its financially viable to bring in big names into our leagues we will start having a bigger say in ICC.
Otherwise, there is really no need for India, Australia, England or anyone else to pay attention to us.
So on that note, lets hope the NZ tour will be the begining of that winning that will get us there.

Excellent post. You summarised it well.
In addition, all the friendly relationships that have been built among countries are based on mutual benefits, be it in sports, politics or religions. Ideally, everyone likes to see such relationship based on mutual benefit is equal and balanced. However, this is never going to be the case in reality. We only need to look at the power sharing between USA and UK in international politics. We all know how George Bush treated Tony Blair; but end of the day, USA and UK are the closest friends in international politics, and enjoying the fair share (not equal though) of world’s wealth.
In similar perspective, I do not see how BD cricket will progress at faster pace without the better performance on the field and the blessing of big bros in world cricket.
So, no hostility, but friendship based on mutual benefit – must be the approach fans and authorities should adopt.
