YOu want them to play cricket every single day?

Today is their rest day. 6th round will start tomorrow.

Ittefaq report on foreign players playing @DPL this year : summary -

Seems like from round 7 there will be few more names added in the foreign plyaers list for local teams. Misbah-ul-Haq playing for Gazi Tank right now. Farveez Mahroof playing for Mohameddan now and they are trying to get pacer Rana Naved in their team. Last year's star batsman Rasmi Ranjan Parida playing for Abahani but they are trying to get Andrew Symonds. Mohammad Zahid (former Pak player) playing for Kolabagan this year and he is doing really well. They beat Gazi Tank alreday. Team officials are very happy with him. Surjo Turon is trying to get Ajanta Mendis.

PS: only a single foreign player can play at any match day for given team!

7 overs 38 runs Econ of 5.43. If this is a satisfactory performance....

I think Kolabagan officials are too happy to beat big name Gazi Tank and Victoria- they alreday booked their place in super league (according to ittefaq report). and in those two matches he scored 40 and 70 respectively. In his first match he scored 18 vs Khelaghar. Seems like club officials are more interested on his batting performance than bowling! The ittefaq report said Mohd. Zahid played for Biman last year and made a century!!

Seriously, Mendis? and Symonds? Wow,, but how real is it? Did they really mean the Real Ajantha Mendis,, cause he aint coming leaving his national team right now.. Might as well get Ray Price for the price... but then they will have to provide extra 'thola' for him cause folks dont really like him much,,,

Purely guessing this is only based on one city league. No decentralization. Therefore, just having few teams from other parts of the country should elevate the status. Then we don't need the NCL at all and put more resources here and beef up this league. NCL is still picnic league.

260 in Mirpur is a very good score. With Ash in our batting line up, we have a little chance to chase down that score. Is Tamim playing this match?

Unfortunately Marshall Ayub was the Broad in this case, Naeem scored 66 off just 31 balls, surely this boy does have a really good clean hitting ability.
