Never. Unless our batsmen (and fans too some extent) learn the right approach for longer version of the game, we won't go anywhere - irrespective of our bowling strength.

if this was any other test teams 147 runs would be nothing for even with just 2 wickets.

Razzak has probably played the last ever Test of his career.
I do not know how the boys and BCB will react to this loss. We must overhaul our domestic structure and develop few pace bowlers. With our traditional slow low wickets and only 5-6 first class games per year, we are never going to be a force in Test cricket.

Sorry, don't support the statment at all. If ICC want it, they can give the test status to as many countries as they would care to give (i.e. Netherland, Ireland, Afganistan and so on)..if ICC makes the law regarding a limited no. of countries will be a part of the test status..im sure they can change it according to the cricket demand and interests...! I think there should be more than 10 teams personally
Also, many of Ireland and Netherland team mates play a lot of county crickets all year/season long. So the players are better skilled than ours. They just play less matches as a team than us i think.
now...

Sorry mate. Cannot agree at all. Our top priority should be improving ourselves in Test Cricket. Even 12 years after getting test status, we haven't any attitude at all for test-cricket. Playing at IPL will only worsen it.

I understand you guys are hurt by your team's performance, but taking Test cricket away from BD will be the worst thing to ever happen to BD cricket. I also don't think that many changes should be made to the current team, but more A-team cricket can help BD move forward and be more competitive. The other thing to think about is that the preparation for this tour was very poor and efforts have to be made to ensure that BD plays cricket on a regular basis. Some of you are calling for Shakib's head, but I think changing the skipper at this stage will only make things worse and beside there isn't a suitable replacement anyway. Shakib has been a good leader for the last couple of years, he lead BD to series ODI series wins against NZ and Zim and victories in the world cup against ENGLAND, Ireland and the Netherlands. You might say that was ODI's, but in all these cases he led the side well. Anyway, the tour is not over yet and there is still an ODI series up for grabs and I'm really looking forward to it :-)
