End of over 70 (1 run) West Indies 181/9
DE Bernard 52* (134b 5x4) Mohammad Ashraful 5-1-4-1
TL Best 9* (11b 2x4) Shakib Al Hasan 28-11-39-2
Best back on strike now. How long can he last? Two slips, a silly point and a short leg
70.1
Shakib Al Hasan to Best, OUT, he's given him! Bangladesh have won, Mashrafe and co. charge onto the ground to celebrate only their second Test win. Tried to swing a full toss and was struck on the pads, was there an inside edge? The umpire's finger went up just as they appealed for an lbw, was out if he had missed it but we need replays to confirm. It doesn't matter, they have won.

TL Best lbw b Shakib Al Hasan 9 (12m 12b 2x4 0x6) SR: 75.00

Mortaza: "Special thanks to Shakib for handling the team very well. Mahmudullah bowled very well too. We had initially thought of batting until lunch but we lost quick wickets. But the spinners bowled superbly, with one bowler short. We'll see the wicket and decide about the team for the next game."
Tamim Iqbal, a little surprisingly, is the Man of the Match: "Winning a Test means a lot to us. It was a flat wicket, and if you keep concentrating hard it's easy to get runs. I'm 21 and hopefully there's a lot more to come. Batting 240 balls - the most I've played in an innings - helped me a lot, and will give me confidence for the future."

Lolz @ silversurf.

I think its a bit premature to decide on the playing XI at the moment.
The two T20 practice matches will give us a good idea who would feature in the main xi.

i would also wana see shakib at 3 without his slog mode on..good team..but i'll drop alok and give sunny a chance..alok is a hit or miss player just like ash..and 7 batsman is enough for t20..sunny on the other hand can give us some good overs

^^^ unfortunately Nafees is not in the T-20 squad... not sure why Kayes was preferred over Nafees (who has a lot of T-20 experience)
