How do you rate Dudhia\'s Performance
As per Daily Star, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will not renew the contract of its chief executive officer (CEO) Maqbul (Macky)Dudhia.
The Zimbabwean's two-year term expired at the end of this month but according to sources he will continue working until December Dudhia
For the last few years, Dudhia made very few news. Does that means he did a great job behind the scene or it means basically he did little to make any news.

As a CEO, I thought his role would be more like any other CEO ,and would be more vocal cheerleader for his corporation (in this case BCB) in the media. His silense in the media surprised me a bit.

I didnt feel any difference. Seems to me, having him or not having him in BCB makes no difference.

BCB will take a great step if they sack him.. He has done nothing for BD cricket.. Couldn't even create a strong league with compititve games etc...
BCB should hire a german/american next time then they will know what is called work in time and how to create businees out of nothing. believe me i have worked/working under both...
CEO doen't need to know cricket he needs to know how to run a businees effectively.. How to make sure the venues r prepared before the match/ creat hipe about the match, how to attrack media/people about the match and pay every one....

I dont think even the the CEO of CEO's like Bil Gates (who is a CEO no more) will make no difference if the system in BCB doesnot improve. BCB is highly politicised and at the same time a place to make black money white and mismanagement. Like any other policy making team in the countery the BCB policy making team lacks any far vision whats soever. Untill the policy is not changed, the ideology and the working condition doesnot change no real change will be seen any where in this country including BCB.......... So for Dudhia I think he will be happy to go
