True. I might not agree with them, but at least they are doing something that they are passionate about. Can't say the same about a lot of Bangladeshi.

Yeah, the personal space and privacy I miss during my visits. That reminds me of something else I will miss: lack of BO.

Hehe Toilet Paper...yes bhais I know Bodna has it's place/upokarita and TP has it's advantage too...in some of my family/friends and relatives toilets, their bodnas have futas! While using the bodna your shoes get completely wet and you come out of the toilet looking like a bafoon!!! I carry TP with me where ever I go!

High speed Internet.
High speed driving.
Great ethnic variety of food.
Transparent and working bureaucracy.
Tolerance.
All of these, along with people to talk hockey with, and tolerable traffic. Although, Toronto wasn't too great when I worked there either. 30 hour routes take 2 hours in rush hour there.

Waterloo travel times are the same all day - give or take 10 minutes. Will miss this.

Missed you in Dhaka couple weeks ago. Was on a spur of the moment trip that lasted all of 11 days to see Nanu. Had a little get together at your Bushra apa's and saw the rest of your family. Good times.

Yeah...visited Dhaka after a 10 year gap and there are a lot more hijabis and niqabi/jilbabis around nowadays. My little cousin has recently taken up the Saudi style abaya as well, mashAllah.

Contrary to popular belief, Waterloo is a great city to live in, with or without kids.

Straight answers. Why can't they do that? They like to spin things.

- Normal temperature water. Dafuq is up with the warm/hot water. Just because it's cold outside (little below 70 is not cold BTW) doesn't mean you have to drink grossly warm water. It came to me now because my mom just called and told me to drink "gorom pani" as a joke because I sounded a bit off.

- Eating the amount of food I want to eat, and not offend people by not overstuffing myself.

And then having diarrhea and vomiting for a week because of the kabab. Sounds delightful.
