Interview of Kamrul Islam Rabbi

Quote:
Poor guy.....

^^ A teame aaage perform koruk.

It is not as easy for pacers as easy it is for spinners. Prime example: Look at Rubel Hossain. he is still developing...

not discouraging him or anything, but Kamrul needs to perform in the A team, without a doubt we should nurture him properly.

I think the competition is actually much harder for spinners than pacers. Enamul Hq Jr's case proves that. At the moment we have three decent quicks: Mash, Rubel and Nazmul. Out of these guys Nazmul and Mash both have injury problems so it wouldn't hurt to try to find another pace bowling option. Besides if Abul can get a chance then both Kamrul and Alauddin Babu deserves a chance in my opinion.

He should be an example to kids growing up. Its not easy to get in to national squad if you are an SLA.

Look at Raju for example. He is not quality fast bowler but he got in to National squad because we dont have many to choose from.

So if you are looking for a place in National squad try fast bowling.

According to the interview of Kamrul Islam, This year sinners are getting more wickets As pacers are not allowed to bowl not more than 15 overs.
Further more wickets used in N C L are spinning track.
What is the need of this spinning track???

Too many SLAs performing - why aren't anyone even talking of this Mosharraf Hossain guy? He's been consistent for ages now, from what I recall.

I dont' like this, treating fast bowlers as second class citizens.

We have very little stock of pace bowling. more than 15 overs and even that number will shrink to injuries.

Spinning track are here to stay. Better the fast bowlers come up with new weapons. They need to take care of their bodies better as well. Nets are there to practice, use it. Learn how to set up a batsman. Slower ball. In cutter, then outswinger. Bouncers. Two is allowed now. Use them wisely.

Cricket adapts what is given to them. At this time it is a batsman's game. Bowlers must adjust accordingly.
