Default Eng vs BCB XI Day Two

BCB XI gave away 7 wides and 7 no balls and our test match bowler Anwar Hossain Munir and our one day bowler Mushfiqur are the culprits giving away 3 no balls each!

They must be playing the match like a real practice match too!

Default WoW! From 180 for 2 to 183 for 6

Did you just see that? I went to shower when the scorecard showed 180-2 lunch Day 2, and then when I returned - voila! England - the full-strength England team are 183 for the loss of 6 wickets.

This is what spin bowling does.

The future spinner of Bangladesh Enamul Haque Junior takes 3 wickets and Gazi Alamgir - the not so impressive medium pacer takes 1 wicket in that spell.

"Trescothick was caught off a no-ball by Mushfiqur Rahman as he tried to loft over mid-off but it was a defensive stroke which eventually brought about his downfall.

He pushed forward to the first ball of the afternoon session from spinner Enamul Haque and was picked up at silly mid-on.

Thorpe followed four balls later when he attempted to sweep and only succeeded in top edging a catch.

Worse was to come as Nasser Hussain played around a full length ball from seamer Gazi Alamgir and was adjudged lbw, having struggled for 19 overs to make 17.

And Clarke followed almost immediately as he misjudged a delivery from Haque and Aftab Ahmed ran back to take a looping chance."
