In that sense Rabeed Imam (media manager) should also be considered a part of the management. Khan shaheb is our operational manager, as far I know, his responsibilities are- making sure players are sleeping in their rooms at night (not partying somewhere else), coordinating their travel, lodging, training sessions, taking care of financial matters, etc. I never heard he has anything to do with team selection (part of the reason, I think, Sujon was not interested to continue his job).

i think the selectors have done a decent job...rajin should have been played over JO, but other than that i think they did a good job. bashar's skippering was poor, and our batting as a whole was pretty dismal as well.

Selection committee and team management is not the same thing. Selection commitee select the 15-member squad, while the playing eleven is selected by the team management. Also, I don't think SN is part of the selection commitee yet.
