^I think he is a strong guy mentally nothing bothers him. He has had few bad spells, I think in BPL Fizzer got tonked a few times even by Mashrafe once but Fizzer is strong enough to realize in t20s you can get hit even likes of Dale steyn, Brett lee's, muralis etc, went for more than 40runs off 4overs plenty of times!

Report clearly mentioned that it was a green pitch and Aussies struggled initially. But Mustafiz finished with 8-0-48-1

Cutters and variations are his prime strength, why not let him focus on the strengths at home while adapting to environments in tours? Effectively every player is expected to play ~50% of his career at home (apart from the Associate cricketers). He'll get there definitely and adapt to it for sure.

Why he was not used early on in the match was an example of bad captaincy.
The link of the very article you've posted says Mustafiz troubled the Aussie top-order with his seam movement and that clearly shows he has the ability to swing when the condition is right. Yeah he might have got hit at the end, but that doesn't mean that he didn't bowl well upfront in that match or has not done well on a green top before. Even in yesterday's match he made Kohli's life miserable in his single over upfront despite Kohli trying really hard to score against him in every possible way!

Australia were put in to bat on a green surface with dead grass and the Bangladesh's left-arm new-ball pair of Mustafizur Rahman and Abu Haider troubled the top order with their seam movement. Rahman squared up Jaron Morgan with a peach of a delivery that seamed away late, getting him to edge to the keeper, before Haider beat Ben McDermott for pace with another splendid ball.

Yup that's why I added that not bowling him upfront was a bad decision.
