^^ I hear not confirmed yet.
DR owner trying to get him in, but it won't be easy as ECB made its opinion about BPL very clear and had barred or discouraged players to take part in BPL.
KP joining the league would be the biggest endorsement the tournament can get after all the fiasco and would be a slap in the face of the ECB high ups.

Not sure either ECB or KP would want that to happen ESP when he is just getting back in the team and was rested due to overwork.

H'ever, hope it really happens and KP plays at least a match or two in BPL.

on top of that, ECB rested KP for NZ series. Ofcourse he wasn't rested to play BPL so NO CHANCE!!!

OK fair enough, KP might be a fail! how about getting Mike Hussey, Ricky Pointing, Brett Lee? for brand of BPL.

^^ KP still not a fail, yet.
He could still come down here, play 2 or 3 group matches, get a sh*tload of cash, all paid upfront in cash and then jet away to NZ to play the 1st T20I on Feb 8.

He could use this as an excuse for T20 match practice !!
(Unlikely though).

Now, Hussey would be a great catch too !

Hussey and Ponting would be good. Both retired and what better way to have fun then to come down to Beautiful Bangladesh and have a hitout in our competitive league uniquely named BPL.

We need another Auction to make BPL more exciting! Many superstar sitting idle...and money talks. Too bad due to poor reputation these superstars need to be paid full in advance....

Should able to play first 3/4 games.

im watching Hales bat for Renegades in the BBL. He is going bizerk right now. I reckon he will dominate for CK in the BPL. Him and Tamim will be a crazy opening combo for Rajshahi.

First they lost Samuel, and now Hales. Not a gd start.

They don't even have decent deshi players other than Tamim, Ziaur Pollard and Zahirul

Rajshahi had a good team. Now they are screwed by losing Hales and Samuels. And to think they got Tamim thru a coin toss at the auction shows how lucky they are not to be even more screwed.

He should have sticked to BPL only since there's no bowler capable of inflicting such injuries. BPL guarantees a safer environment for the batsmen.
Anyhow, I hope Samuels gets well soon.
