The plan alegedly chalked by CIA to divide Pak shows a map where;

Baluchistan is an independant country who own most of the oil, gas & minerals of pakistan. They also have independant port & sea access, Iran provides good access in land, as well as Afg. Very viable independant state.

NWFP is shown to be merged with Afg, as the Afg government & people claim the land for a long time, because they think that land was leased to British ruler in India for 99 years along the durand line. Which is now over and the people of the area are same linguistically & culturally. Along with religion. So they think that is very viable as well.

Pak occupied Kashmir and parts of Hydrabad, paunjab is said to be joining India, I don't see much viability of this to happen except Kashmir.

So anyway even if the indian desires aren't fulfilled, Pak will be left with Punjab and Sindh. So that will be called Pakistan I guess and politically PPP from Sindh and PMLN from Punjab are two strong parties, either of them will be in power as such the sense of deprivation & discrimination will not be as much as it is now.

That means a relatively peaceful Pakistan will be almost a necessity for the existance of the rest.
