stadium in dhaka. Im sure we can fill it.

Just imagine the sight and noise level. Would be epic.

What about six academy for six 1st class team with the money? Before making such a big stadium we need to improve our infrastructure.

we have seven divisions but that is for the administration of BD.

cricket wise we should have 12.

Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, Bogura, Comilla, MymenSingh, Jessore, Faridpur.

in all the 12 above districts we already have stadiums just need to upgrade the facilities.

then we have to set up academies for the development of different age groups.

We have stadiums in all the 20 old districts. But these stadiums aren't for cricket alone, so there may be an odd tournament, but you can't make any permanent facility for cricket. So, if we have decentralize to 12 districts, we will need a stadium & cricket related facilities ...., in each of those places. Except probably Dhaka, Chittagong, Bogra & Khulna ...

How about creating such a large stadium in one of the leased lands in Africa, then it can be rented for large tourneys, ICC will be happy, entrepreneur would be lauded for spreading cricket beyond the associate world.
