I understand that Cricinfo hasn't promised anything, but here's the link to their live score-card for the 2nd ODI. Just like last time, it may turn out to be their offline-scorekeeping page. Can someone confirm please?

I think Tamim should have been tried in this match. The team leader is probably taking a little too defensive approach by not experimenting before the world cup.

I guess you cant blame them, but i really did wanna see some fireworks from Tamim today, IMO he's a thousand times better than Mehrab

usually, you'd wanna give a newbie a good number of games to settle down into the team, but mehrab just doesn't seem to be the kind of guy who would score freely in ones and two's. the fact that he's been facing the likes of zimbabwe and scotland also doesn't help his cause.

he's been giving us some good starts lately by sticking in there and making sure we don't lose early wickets, but he does seem to be overly defensive, a tactic that will probably not work against tougher bowling, especially when you're facing people who can easily identify your weaknesses and bowl to that. number one seems to be a big problem in conjunction with number seven at the moment - probably a bigger one than number six.

I hope we Bat First, put up a total that demorilzes them and clean them up for 150. When I wake up I hope we win.

I guess Bashar didn't want too many changes from the team that is still winning. We may see Tamim/Sharif from next match whether we win or not.

Its more political crisis in Zimbabwe and business facts than ignorance.

Batting First will Increase Our Winning Possibility but Fielding First will Help Our Bowlers to Bowl 100% Positively.

Nothing to Say If Zimbabwe Cannot Bat 50 overs.

Before the second odi, I want to ask our players these questions:

(a) We were 238 for 4 in 45 overs. So, whats the point of losing 5 more wickets just to score 22 runs in the final overs?

(b) Aftab, do you play 50 over ODI, or twenty20?

I guess when we have 4 matches to play we need to be patient. WE may see Tamim on the 3rd game. So using apparently slow Mehrab and still winning is not too bad.

Cricinfo not providing ball by ball:

Once again we apologise for the problems in updating live scores from this match but we have been unable to get accreditation to send reporters into Zimbabwe and the match is not being broadcast outside the country. We will bring you updates as often as possible

Bangladesh have won the toss and will bat. They field an unchanged side while Zimbabwe bring in Dabengwa for Mufambisi and Taylor for Chibhabha

Yeah, more great work by the Zimbabwean selectors. Drop your only half-century maker/ and top scorer. And Taylor should never have been dropped in the first place.

What is up with that. Taylor is the best player in Zimbabwe team.
