Default ***ThankYouMashrafe***

Pretty much confirmed that WC his last for BD.
So how do we appreciate this giant of BD cricket?

I was thinking we should come up with some good hashtags to use during the remaining games of BD in WC? On Twitter on Facebook?

Suggestion please?

At the moment I can think of a simple #ThankyouMashrafe

He was gifted an MP position. Aar ki?

Let him take us to semi final first. I hate all these emotional nonsense. Need results.

He is unfit to be in the team at his current fitness level and performance. Keeping him in the team is his bigggest reward. Everyone is bending backward for his personal goals... Gotta love that life. Time to give back mashrafee.

Guys,
Stop the jokes. MP Mash is better than any previous MPs were elected/selected in that region. How do I know? Narail is my Nana bari.

Small examples: He visited the shodor Haspatal UNANNOUNCED. Do you understand what that means? Caught the missing Doctor who was suppose to be on duty. Instructed the officials to buy "Dhan" directly from the farmers. Good things are about to happen once he devotes himself 100% to this MP job, I know that. He is a Hero alright in my book. Did more than the Whole BC has done for Bangladesh. #Dibani_kolam

Why stop the jokes? The fact is he didn't earn that seat via a proper democratic process. And I don't understand your nanabari examples. He should be lauded for doing his jobs properly? He is selected to be a public servant - thats his job just like it's the doctors job to be in the hospital. Whether he is better choice than another candidate is a matter of personal opinion and should be determined by proper votes - where people have the power to dictate who they want to represent them. End doesn't justify the means.

Right you know all of the close to 20K members and countless others who visit this site and their history yeah? It's hard to justify any sports person doing something for a country in this day and age of money and fame. It's the other way round. The country has given him the platform to be this successful. This guy wouldn't make it to any major cricket nations. And he certainly wouldn't have ever became an MP had he not became a famous cricketer. Somebody doings something for the country means he sacrificed something for the betterment of the country... A freedom fighter giving up his life for a cause. That's hero. What exactly did mashrafee give up? his love life? Give me a break.

Visiting site doesn't mean anything. Registered Member? Unless Dr. Yunus, Shakib Al Hasan joined secretly in BC,...Yes, combined he still did more ALREADY. My name is "Mijan." Accept facts. There is no freedom fighters among us BC members.

Gotta agree with this. So far MP Mash is on fire. I wish him all the best and hope to see him doing many more good things for Narail and Bangladesh

As far as the cricketer Mash is concerned, I think its time to hang up the boots. Will be glad if he gets involved with BCB after his retirement

So how many MPs do you know who did their job properly? Bangali'r ei shomosha.

Now this is a joke but depicts reality and your stance. At hell fire, every nation are put in to fire pit with huge walls where angels are guarding. Whom ever tries to climb the wall to get out of the fire, the Angles shub them down back in to the fire. For Bangladeshis, there is no need of angels on the wall. Because if someone wants to climb the wall and get out of the fire pit, others pull them down.

This isnt about MP Mashrafe... The thread was opened as an appreciation for a player who has played for our country for the past 18 years. Him "taking" us to the semis or finals or out of this universe also doesnt have anything to do with the fact that one of our oldest athlete in international cricket is retiring. If you have nothing to contribute but complain about how unfit he is or if he was "given" the MP role, then stay away from this thread. Take it to Forget cricket and bash him to your satisfaction

Now he is just hogging over a valuable space, nothing much.

Good bye and enjoy newly earned position, do something for Narail

If only Tapash Baisya would have lasted this long, imagine how many wickets he'd have to his name...
