We should bat the crap out of them and
then should ball and field in a disciplined manner so
even if the bowlers fail to get wickets they can restrict the total
with tightness.

সবার চিন্তা ভাবনা কি আসিদের বাশ দিবো নাকি ইন্ডিয়ানদের ধোকা দিতে ছাড় দিবো...?

our "faster" bowlers have to use less pace and more of their brain..

I don't want him to open in the game against India, but the practice matches maybe he can do well in the powerplay, we have seen how many times he was dropped in the Scotland match, within the powerplays there are less fielders so maybe he can hit the ball in the gaps. Anyway it was just a thought.

I know we are all driven by the two wins we had, but we have to remember, they were Dutch and Scots. If both the teams played together[22men] i doubt they will beat australia. So a 70% chance of win is ridicilous. And someone said Aus is weak against spin? they are the number 2/3 team in the world, You dont expect them to be the 2nd best, if they played spin 'badly'

You should stop living in the past mate. India is probably going to destroy us this time round. Confidence is fine, cockiness in this case is just foolish.

plus, we need to find another opener?

tamim with junaed/shamsur/mithun/rokibul?

If you have been following the recent matches, you would notice how they fared against Ajmal, Afridi, Botha, Van der Merwe also look at their recent Odi record how many matches they lost. Aussies tied the series against the Kiwis 2-2, they lost the vb series against India, South Africa thrashed them 4-1 in Australia, Proteas thrashed them again 3-2 at home. Their recent odi series victory was against Pakistan even that wasn't convincing.

If we count the last 4 series the Aussies played they have won 8/19 matches giving them a winning percentage of 42.11%.

Insheallah if we try harder nothing is impossible and we can beat Australia. But I am more worried about the India game, they have the biggest hitter in the world Yuvi, Dhoni, Rohit, Raina, Sewag, Gambhir, Pathans... hope they don't make a mockery of our bowling attack

indian so-much-hyped batting line-up had always been prone to failure against good seam and swing bowling in seaming conditions. specially, in t20 format, many of there batsman including gamvir, raina deliberately forget everything about batting technique (i should add shewag does not have a technique at all... however, dhoni and yuvraj are two refreshing example who still maintains their composer and batting technique in t20.), which makes them more vulnerable against swing bowling, so, in english pitches, i will definitely put in rasel to partner mashrafe along with rubel for fast and furious 1st-change and death bowling.

india wont thrash us as long as we play diciplined good quality cricket. with their big egos, theyr prone to go for a massive win n it cud just bring down their downfall.

we have players to match their batting power, just the bowling needs to be good..n fielding.

Australia may be doing crap, but the truth is we still arent in a position where we can say " we will beat australia",thats the harsh truth. We can hope for a win, and demad a good performance. Hoping for a win against australia is a bit too difficult. And yes, aussie s have shown their weakness against Spinenrs, i apoligise. Thanks fr poiinting out. But then again, im a optimist, and hope to see BD triumph
