Mash, the biggest gambler of BD cricket
Mash took part in one of the biggest gambling that came his way. Just imagine, when he got a confirmed deal from KKR for $150K equivalent to Koti Taka he turned it down. At that very given moment he had 3 possible earning scenarios, one to accept the offer and become an instant kotipoti, two to decline that offer and settle for $50K which will make him a lakhpoti or three, don’t accept the offer and lose out on one of the biggest payday of his life like Shakib. But what does he do, he goes for the biggest prize which is his pride. And it’s his pride that won him one of the most lucrative offers of this IPL auction….what a gambler.
He definitely has a tiger's heart!!!!

Any one who was following IPL could tell that mash would be a hot commodity so turning down such offer was nothing and no brainier...

Naah...I don't need a share. He can have it all. I'ld like it more if he uses that money to make the cricket in his area better with formal tournaments.

I'm sure Mash got his insight on the wholse IPL scenario. But when an offer of $150k is put on the table in front of a financially starving cricketer, do you think it's always easy to turn down such an offer not knowing the end result.
If Mash was a hot commodity then how about Shakib? Why do think he didn't get picked?

If what Cricinfo reports is true then Mashrafee was already assured of a place in Kings XI Punjab side by Yuvraj Singh.Either way he was getting a team.

Also, the decision to not join ICL was big as well. I am wondering what Tamim is thinking right now. He didn't join ICL thinking IPL will be knocking for him. Hopefully, he doesn't do anything foolish.
