Hello all,

The last NT tour of the season is underway, and we are embarking on a tour of the West Indies. Currently the series is locked at 1 apiece, with Bangladesh sending the series to a decider yesterday with an impressive win.

Tomorrow at 15:00 FTP time, the decider will be played. I hope you can all get behind the team, and enjoy what promises to be an exciting match, as we go after an elusive tour victory and build confidence heading into the WC at the end of the season.

All of you are welcome to the FTP forums to discuss not only the NT match but your own SOD matches tomorrow too. The orders for the NT match will be posted on the Bangladesh offsite once all of the training updates for all players in the squad have completed. Anyone who has the time is encouraged to comment on these orders and offer any pearls of wisdom that you may have. The link can be found in my signature.

I hope you all had an enjoyable new year, and I look forward to hearing from some of you both on the FTP forums and on the offsite. Managers such as Ashraf and Rifat are both making valuable contributions that are going a long way towards the success of our National sides, and we encourage you to join us.

No slip ups, you guys have no idea how good his team is. Moreover, he reads the other teams well and plans accordingly, a legendary strategist. I am waiting for Parvez to take over BD national team one day.

no man, I'm not satisfied with the current team I hav. There will be a huge change in upcoming season surely. I will sell minimum 9 senior players(max 11) very soon. Need to add 3 superb young players in my squad. Some people think first week of the season is not good for new buys. But trust me who ever I bought in beginning of seasons before, always become team's top performer.
And about the strategy, I'm not good in that. Cuz I bought too many wrong skilled players. Buying-Selling are also important part of the strategy. May be only my selling strategy is good.

Changes: end of season 8

Match Engine: Finger spinners and medium pacers
The wicket taking abilities of these bowlers on pitches not suited to their bowling types will be slightly reduced. For example, finger spinners and medium pacers will be slightly less likely to take wickets on a flat pitch.
.
.
.
Match Ratings and power
The calculations used to determine match ratings have been altered slightly to more accurately reflect the influence of power in the game. As a result, most teams will notice a drop of a few percent in their match ratings starting next season.
.

.

You just need more suited bowlers to the conditions and train power to players aged 23+ ...

Nice query about experience, what now has been exposed is what I was leading towards with the new changes. Damn release ...

Currently Youth > T20 in terms of experience, I've roughly worked out about 24 matches each pop for Youths, 31 for T20s.
With the changes, Youths up to ~18 while SOD is roughly 17 and PC ~19 matches per pop! (for Division 1 matches, maybe 1 match per Division lower - unsure)
