I was hiking in Kawaguchiko near Mt Fuji. Great fun. You are going through the six stages of dealing with idumb.
1. Curiosity
2. Banter
3. Disbelief
4. Anger
5. Acceptance
6. Amusement

In my calculation, you are at stage 4. Trust me it will pass someday

that was a hell marry attempt from the bolod. you're mad at me even though jadukor posted that? Do you see what your reputation is yet?

listen Mr. nagasaki, stop projecting your insecurities onto me. you are the one who tries way too hard, bringing up old threads LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE MONTH because your too thin skinned to get over it. I can practically set my watch to your time of the month.

If you were half the man you claim to be, your attention span wouldnt let you keep bringing up year old threads. Are these the actions of a winner? oh give me a break.

seriously what is your problem? your jokes are lame, your comebacks are weak, you have no wit, you recycle the same lame things over and over. What is your purpose? everything about you is blah.

Part of posting "Bangladesh" as hometown in my profile is that I get to do "khobordari on American passengers". I flat out told some folks visiting here... "Part of being a good American is to visit all 50 states. Gain exposure. Props to Obama for that."

75K can be fine until you find out your next door neighbor with one degree less, same major from a lower ranked Uni is making 76K from the same job you do.

Hi, how are you all?

I am both unsuccessful and unhappy. Such is life, I suppose.

That is a very generic information. Can you elaborate further? It is very hard to measure such an abstract element.
I just read the youngest brother of a top celebrity in BD just commit suicide. He had job, side business, wife and kid, another kid on the way. Still dissatisfied.

I am so successful and happy at what I do, that I am currently doing one and a half job(s) and still have a feeling that I am not doing enough. When I have a chance to sleep for 6 uninterrupted hours, at that point I feel like I am the happiest person...

"happiness", "being successful" is just a transient feeling. Has no absolute yard stick.... its changes by person, by time, by palce, by society, blah blah blah...

btw you can earn $120K per year and still be considered borderline poor in San Francisco.

Open up. What seems to be the problem? Don't want to discuss? Then PM me. May be, with the grace of our Creator, you may feel better of yourself. By any chance, do you know anyone who has a worse situation than you?

Here is a link to salary calculator, reliable as it uses recent data.

https://www.salary.com/research/cost-of-living

You can put your salary and nearby metro and compare with another. The difference between Boston and NYC is really interesting. I initially thought Boston is less expensive but it is not anymore, although the graph showing opposite.

I am also unsuccessful.

Having a decent job and ability to pay off bills and other necessities in life and 1-2 vacations/year in exotic places CAN'T be the definition of success.

It has to the much much more than that.
