Good to see the U19s bounce back but they need to close it out next match. Let's hope they can, they have the momentum

A really good comeback win, good to see the spinners consistently taking wickets and good to see zakir and shanto scoring consistently.

^^Good to see. Nazmul Hossain has had a really good series avg 56.8 with a healthy strike rate of 79. Just needs to start converting 50s into 100s.

Surprised Mehedi Hasan Rana didn't get a game.

Great job by the Tiger Cubs, to win the series 3-2 after losing the first 2 matches against a strong Sri Lanka U-19 at their home is not a matter of joke! Here are some pictures from the final match.

We've got a phenomenal record in U-19 bilateral series, winning 11 of our last 12 series.

Very impressive comeback. Shanto looks to have potential. The captain Miraz had a good series with the ball but disappointing with the bat. However I'm interested in his captaincy skills, its no mean feat to comeback from 2 nil down to win 3-2 on an away tour in Sri Lanka, he will be one to watch out for as Bangladesh rarely produce good Captains.
Where and when is the next World Cup? That will be the true test, as previous promising Bangladesh sides have been of guilty of underachieving and chocking when it matters.

Just checked and apparently the last World Cup was in 2014 in UAE, totally forgot bout that; Not surprising since Bangladesh didn't make it out of the group stages. Afghanistan topped the group even though we smashed them in the first game! We did win the Plate competition, that's the fourth one we've "won".

The next World Cup is in 2016 and hosted by none other than Bangladesh. With the variety in spin we now have and in our conditions we have to target winning the competition, no excuses.

^^ Yeah right, we're hosting the next WC in 2016. A golden opportunity for us to prove something at this level and after so many heartbreaks in previous editions, a semi-final berth at home is the least we can hope for. But I believe with proper preparation and guidance we've every chance to make it to the finals!
