I'd assume this game will start in a few hours. Is there any1 in BD that can provide some updates?

Zims all out 206 in 42 overs
Bd batting @ 31 for no loss

I dont know why but it seems like too many are complaining and bashing without knowing or any info and polluting everybodies mindset.

Thanks for the updates guys. What a surprise - Taibu scores. That guy always owns us. He's what Ashraful is to Sri Lanka, but consistently a bigger pain in the butt.

Come on guys its just a warm up match

Remember what happend to Bangladesh when they played Zimbabwe A and what impact that had on the series.

I think the second practise match will be a better judge at what will happen on the series

You can't compare this with that. Situation was totally different. Ban had to travel non-stop from WI to SA following month long away games and play match on next day. I am sure it will be hard for any player to get up in the morning, much less to play on that day. Nevertheless, I sure Zim will improve as they go along.

Lawl. Hannan instead received humiliation. Golden duck. And why is Faisal Hossain never in contention for the national team? He should be in there at least in tests ASAP.

Good win for us. Faisal showed that he has something in him to be considered for the next step.

National team should not get over-confident though after this win by BCB XI. We still have to play well in every match to beat ZIM. Its not going to come easy.

He has played international cricket with a severely flawed technique. Any decent bowler can expose his weakness against incoming deliveries. He always played remarkably well in domestic cricket to be considered for the national team.

I think he might have improved his technique in the last three years, but he should not be no way near the national team until he can prove himself again at A-team level in away series.

yes, we got humilated by zim A, and the naysayers had a field day talking about "quality, shwality" etc.

we cannot let up even if we have a 4-0 lead in the final game.

Faisal Hossain, I guess, went with National Team in WI when Whatmore was in charge. We drew one test and lost the other one. Pilot, Rafiq scored centuries on that tour. Isn't it correct?

He performed quite well in those Maharashtra matches from what I remember - I certainly don't claim to know too much about him, but I really think we're missing a consistent player here.
