I thought the curry did come first, for eg curry goat. But once I did call it goat curry, and the Grenadian owner of this joint made a prank on me, saying they don't serve it, that they only served curry goat.

I never had iguana meat though, however I've heard it's pretty good.

If you ever come to the WI you should try Crab and Dumpling / Callalloo, that is a native crab dish to the Caribbean.

Goat Curry, Chicken Curry etc.. is the proper name of the dish but when we say Curry Chicken we're really describing the state of the dish and are really supposed to say Curried Chicken.

Nothing is better than escoveitch fish (snapper or parrot) fried with onions and sweet peppers by the fishermen at Hellshire beach on the south Jamaican coast...served with festival and bammy.

79/2 at lunch. Looks like the ball is in Bangladesh's court here with 2 wickets down so far.

I love Jamaican Kingston Jerk chicken with rice and cabbage.
I like crab curry over rice too.

West Indies is powerfully in the driving seat and BD is in the trunk, all hands and feet tied up.
Not much difference from the first test. I am afraid to see BD's biddhongshi jhoro innings.

It depends on the actual wrap you are having.

If it is chicken ceaser I would go for white wrap, but today I was having spicy buffalo so OK to get a little adventurous.

If there were any tortilla wrap, burrito and shawarma offered to me, I would always pick the last one.

Loving the discussion!

Food always unites us...just interested to see what Eclipse has to offer to the conversation? What culinary delites he is fond of!

Knowing him he will moan how tasteless Bangladeshi food is and how Indian food is so much superior
