Happy new year.

what's your resolution? be realistic... rather goals.

My plan for 2017:

1. Get a second Job
2. Take 4 vacations out of country/state to recover
3. See a doctor and a dentist. (dont remember the last time i seen one)
4. have an affair with a younger girl... not 40 year old needy aunties that are so prevalent in Ashley M ( this goal maybe tough to achieve).

You can have an affair with your doctor and dentist take them to four vacations out of country state to recover (2 each) and then get a second job, if you know what I mean.

I actually stopped making resolutions every new year's. Instead after being influenced by this video, I make resolutions every morning after morning ritual of gratitude, visualization of how the day will progress, exercise, positive affirmations, 2 minute meditation and daily checklist.

iDumb (and everyone) watch this video, you will love it.

zeeshan thank you for sharing the video but it's too long. watched 5 mins and feeling like lecture...

i don't like listening to lectures of ppl whose sole career is lecture/inspirational talk. I like listening to ppl that has done it and now gives talk.. ie would gladly listen to Bill Clinton, Zuckerberg, Shakeil oneil, even Sheikh Hasina.

For most people life is a struggle and is very difficult to change.. HOw we think and cope emotionally is the factor I think one can change to make things better.

For example.. When being busy at work and getting slammed... ppl often get frustrated and feels "this sucks"... instead one can train to their brain to think.. I am busy because I am important. You can not change the work load but you can change how you perceive it...

Maybe I will watch the complete video when I am bored to death...

I watched the video for about 20 minutes. The first 5 mins are good typical exciting and motivating then he falls back. It is too boring by the end of 15 mins for me. But I got the idea what you are trying to say.
I couldn`t fullfull any of the resolutions I gave to me and others last year so this year I am not having anything.
