Incompetent BCB and our performance in Zimbabwe

The BCB President and some others in the management are now blaming the pitch, lack of enough first class games and the much improved Zimbabwe team for our horrendous loss to Zimbabwe.
I would like to ask them, if I could, “Why are you getting paid then? You cannot do your job to improve this young team? You cannot arrange more first class cricket games? You cannot build a fast bowling pitch in SBNA or somewhere else in BD? Did you not think about these issues before you sent the team to Zimbabwe? You had enough time and money to make the players accountable and responsible for their performance.
If you are not innovative in improving BD team and cricket, then simply follow Zimbabwe - what they did in last five years to improve their team.
BCB and some players may now come up with a consolation for the fans that BD did not get the whitewash by Zim……If they do, it will be a great shame and a great display of their incompetence.
