Bd is passing a crucial phase in Cricket. All we are eagerly waiting for a win. Test match win. Bd was at very close to win in Pakistan and made a brilliant fight in West Indies. But still our performance is in big question. This is mainly due to consistency of performance, which is not transparent. Authority is repeating about the segmental improvement but not identical to the general. Bd fan are mentally prepared to grab a win. It’s okay but that might be an emotional approach. Professional approach would be different.

How the selectors are deducting and selecting a player? After evaluating his performance in domestic level, Age level, A level then a person would get a call for national level camping. After evaluating his camping performance then he would be in the squad. So bad performance in a match or even in a series is not enough to deduct a player from the team. Now what is happening in Bd team? After every match the players are shuffling, obviously due to performance. So it’s indicating inclusion of that or those players were not made after proper evaluation.

How is our domestic infrastructure? How it is going on? What is the present corporate league structure? Only 1 or 2 countries are experimenting Twenty20 module and we who are embraced to crawling in the field, adventurously introducing here. What is our goal? What is our mission? Who the people are involved in the decision making?

How is a Nation? It reflects in its politics, in education system, in culture, in sports and game.

Recently central government of India has been changed. BJP and alliance has gone and Congress and alliance has been formed the new government. But still Mr. Dall Miah is head of BCCI as was. Here up to peon of BCB has to change if the Government changed. This is what we are. So failure in Cricket is not an illogical sequence. Some times for some devoted persons some pleasant moment may nation got through cricket but for a consistent journey it needs strong decent organizational charisma. Other wise fate of cricket would not be different than football, Shooting, Swimming, Hockey and all the games. A big difference between cricket and other games, there is a lucrative amount of easy money available for cricket.

Very recently Transparency International published their list of countries as per index of corruption. Out of 145 Bd is 145th along with Haiti. The others test nation country’s index as:
