And this guy used to be the captain and still test captain?
What an immaturish shot from Mushfiq. Shows that he is still a kid. Most of these guyz, from time to time again and again, behave like kids. With breaking down in emotions. Sorry to be harsh, absolutely pathetic from these two guyz. They should both be ban for certain period. Shakib gets banned for off field camera incident, well this is on field crime. I would rather lose continously then to see these two not serve any punishment for their idiotic actions today.
No, there r no 3 stages of grief, there r no acceptance. U two pissed off all the bd cricket supporters today.
Ps: mushfiq was a little kid when he came, he is still a kid who will never grow up.

His poor shot selection doesn't show his poor captaincy, his terrible field placement and bowler rotation does that

I don't care for his apologies to the nation for the loss. We have lost before and we will lose in the future. He doesn't need to do that. I really don't mind the way BD team lost. Someone will lose and someone will win. That is the nature of the game.
What he needs to do is apologies for his immature, arrogant behavior on the pitch after that lucky four he hit. These are two different things. This is beyond the game of cricket. This is his attitude. Barking at poor Zim/Associate players after a wicket has fallen only shows his "hinomonnota". His dad/wife needs to have a talk with him to change his attitude.
I am still furious because of his audacity to celebrate before the match was over. That is sheer arrogance. This loss was karma. They totally deserved this loss.
Arrogance has no place in civilized society. Only the evil, uncivilized, uneducated show arrogance and pay for it.

He has always been a very clutch player for us. He saved us from embarrasment against Afghanistan, played a blinder against Scotland and that top innings of 89 from 75 in a crucial match against England all that in a WC.
That one bad shot should not take away anything from him. However, he is a poor captain no doubt

Don't think it was arrogance, it was a relief - a reply (a "jobab") to all the you-know-what ... unfortunately for him, the timing ended up being wrong.

I am a big fan of mushy but as others stated he shouldn't be captaining bd tean in any format, also not even any domestic team too. The guy has losts of emotional issues which has already costes us so many games. And the worst was the other night one damn still cannot get a proper sleep those freaking three balls over keeping poking in my head.

As terrible as Rahim is at captaincy, you can make Mash the captain even and it won't make no difference. Until we start fielding a decent bowling attack, our test performance won't get any better.

Mushfiq should not captain any team ever. Unfortunately, he's not the captaincy material. I like him as a batsman though.

We are much better than the stone pelters and effigy burners. Mushfiq has contributed immensely to our success in the past both as a player and captain. Think about those moments too. So what if we lost a T20 game because him. Cut him some slack. He ll bounce back.

Pretty much this
We need Taskin to play tests and bring Mustafiz in the mix.
We also don't have genuine spinners that can turn the ball

What is this? Punishing for failing in sports? That's Taliban mentality. Disgraceful.

Mushy's captaincy is bad because of his poor field placement, lack of acumen in changing bowlers at the right phase of the match and missing leadership quality. He is still a very good batsman. Management should look into handing off the captaincy to Shakib or Mahmudullah for test..

LOL
He probably cried himself to sleep that night. But that does not help.
I can't stand his sheer idiocy anymore!

Cut the guy some slack, he has won us countless of matches in the past. One wrong cannot undo his contribution. But yes he is not a captaincy material and he should concentrate on batting alone.

He has to live with it for the rest of his life. I doubt another international batsman with 10 years experience would have made the same stupid mistake. No matter how many game he wins for us in the future, he cost us a match from a winning position at the biggest stage of the world against the biggest team of the world on their home turf. Nothing can beat this except may be a world cup final in any format.
