But where does it mention alleged fornication? I don't see it in the news reports at least. On ittefaq it says the guy was a drug addict and would fight with wife often... and that the lawyer lady was giving his wife advice to file an abuse case. Or at least, that's what's been found out so far.

The dramatization part of this article is too much... especially the headline is misleading. Just compare the news with the article in daily star. I am confused as to why some people in this forum read/watch foxnews?

reading the DS article it seemed that this guy is a bit crazy, the problem is that there is very little framework for treating mental patients in bangladesh. If somebody is mentally ill, the chance that he will find some help is very rare.

Btw, how did this crazy guy get married? Most likely, his parents thought if he is married, then everything will be OK.

I don't think it's mental illness... drugged up people can do [] Check this out:

What I'm most interested in is what Ittefaq reported... the guy was supposedly arrested on suspicion of raping a 12 year old girl years ago. That needs to be investigated again. If he got off thanks to our corrupt system (and according to Ittefaq report, some people are trying to get him off from this latest act by portraying him as a mental patient, so it's not unlikely), then shame on us.

C_P,
I appologise for not knowing the facts before creating this thread. The thread title is wrong. I didnot know the real incident, nor did I understood what went on at the time I created the thread.

Another thing is I dislike foxnews as any decent human being would. Foxnews is not in my bookmark. The news were brought to me by my colleague (korea war veteran). Cutting of a head and dangling around in the road was a shock to me.

According to this inqelab report, the wife was at home during the incident... she went to hide underneath the bed when she heard the guy's shouting.

Because ppl don't wanna miss the fun :-) Tell me where would you find a poll result like this, McCain: 88% Obama:12% on who won debate!

Anyhow, as for the BD news, it's really sad but nothing new, I guess.
