I ordered tickets by Kyazoonga for the BD-Ireland and BD-WI games. Asked them to ship by courier to my New York address. Flying for Dhk on Feb 16. Just got the BD-Ireland tickets by DHL today. Still waiting for BD-WI tickets. What worries me is that the order doesn't even show up on the bluedart tracking system. On the positive side, the BD-Ireland tickets were delivered in just two days, so I'm hopeful I'll get the BD-WI tickets before I leave.

Wait, you are getting your ticket shipments per match?? Did you order all together or seperately?

Per match, which is probably why I didn't get them all together.

So, perhaps there is truth to the printing issue. Maybe the later matches have not had tickets printed yet, and these f******* are waiting till very last minute to ship tickets for those who also have later matches on their orders, so they can save on shipping and make some extra $$$...

People who choosed venue pick up for the online purchase - when and where exactly the tickets could be picked up in Dhaka? I have found contradictory information in different newspapers on the start date of ticket pickup against vouchers. Will the online purchase be treated same as vouchers?

In today's ittefaq.com.bd, they stated the tickets can be picked up against vouchers from February 11th (though Friday) to February 13th. Why it is limited to these 3 days?

Someone with confirmed information, please help. I am going to post the same question in the WC2011 Ticket thread. Thank in advance.

On the left hand side plug in the number and select "Ref no"
I got the confirmation code KZ12345. Do i put "12345" as the ref number?

Latest update:

Quote:
Due to late & staggered arrival of tickets from each of the venues we are working to process & ship all your orders immediately upon ticket arrival. We appreciate your patience.

Tickets to Ind v Ban Feb 19th match, NZ V Ken Feb 20th match & Ban v Ire Feb 25th match have been shipped.
So... WTF!!!!!????

If I put in just the numbers after KZ, I get two waybill numbers... one was delivered to Mumbai in January, and one to Ahmedabad today.

What a joke.

I am with Tehsin here... at the very least we need to send some sort of message to the ICC that such an amateurish ticketing service is completely unacceptable for an event like this.

You are putting in Kz and the numbers inclusive, right? Not just the numbers.

I used the KZ inclusive and used that waybill number with DHL. Yours may not have been shipped yet. My origin was New Delhi.

Same here. However, if the waybill number is the number before the "-", than my waybill is not showing up. All the rest show deliveires within India. I am assuming those numbers are repeated and the number before the "-" is the unique waybill number.

The number before the - is not the DHL waybill number.

You will see the number once you plug in the KZNNNN code into the Blue Dart system.

4 screenshots to explain

1. Plug in KZNNNN in the blue dart system; Make sure you select ref no
2. See the Waybill number from the results page
3. Plug in the Waybill # on DHL
4. Track detailed shipping info

The KZNNNNNN does not pick up anything. The NNNNNN gets me shipment notifications for four folks within India. The Waybill number, is different from the first 9 digits before the "-" on the confirmation email. Thanks for the visual though. You're not helping your popularity by rubbing in that you got yours. You prolly used your admin/Boss priv at BC to get them moving.

"One of our representative will be calling you to figure out the logistic of getting the tickets to you on time." is the only response I've gotten from Kyazoonga so far (just a few hours ago)... which has got me worried sick. How can you say BD vs IND tickets have shipped when you are still trying to work out how to ship tickets to me in time?

WHAT THE F***!!

this is utter incompetency of kyazoonga and most likely they will not ship tickets via courier instead will ask everyone to do a venue pick-up. Venue-pick up is not going to be simple, perhaps hours of queue will be involved, not to mention possible fist fighting. This is so unjust to the spectators in any modern game. I am surprised the media still not loud about such inept company. I am sending notes to BD media and see if this gets their attention.

oh poor baby goru, got his tickets a little late, one week before the game.. poor kid will be watching the game in the stadium while the lucky kid who stood in line for 2 days only to be denied a ticket by the hooligans will watch it on his black or white television without access to a generator - and a guaranteed load shedding q 1 hour.

Poor baby, you can still be poor like goru even after being rich financially. awwww.. let's all fell sorry for him.
