Default Tiger\'s England tour - on channel4

[Aim to inform UK viewers]

The England and Wales Cricket Board have sold all live cricket coverage to satellite television. The controversial deal means there will be no live Test coverage on terrestrial television from 2006 to 2010 for the first time in 66 years. Sky Sports will show all home Test matches, one-day internationals, Twenty20 and county action.

Channel Five, newcomers to cricket, have been awarded the rights to show international highlights in a 45-minute show starting at 7.15pm. Channel 4, who have pioneered cricket coverage for the past five seasons, have been left with nothing. Test Match Special will continue to broadcast live Test coverage on Radio 4 (long wave) and TalkSPORT will air county Twenty20 Cup games.

I feel lucky enough At least they will still be live this summer for bangladesh and The Ashes series.

Although Cricket fans around UK like SAVE CRICKET fighting agaist this bad decision. They would protest this summer wearing BLACK armband during test match

Channel Four Coverage in 2005:

1st Test V Bangladesh - LIVE
2nd Test V Bangladesh - Highlights (Sky Live)

One Day Series - Highlights (Sky Live)

1st Test v Australia - LIVE
2nd Test v Australia - LIVE
3rd Test v Australia - LIVE
4th Test v Australia - LIVE
5th Test v Australia - LIVE

C and G Trophy Semi Finals and Final - LIVE
