Oh, relieved. We were hopeless in the field, but chasing down such a big target will help the batsmen's confidence a lot. All top 6 batsmen got 30+ scores. Now, hopefully the bowling and fielding will click on Sunday against India.

This being a close game, will help NET's NRR, but will not help England. Since we are more likely to win against NET than ENG, ENG becomes our competitor. So, we should be able to overcome NRR soon.

Another thing to keep in mind that, I think we have the most difficult game behind us. All of SA, WI, ENG are relatively weak against spin than IND.

So, I do believe (and hope) we can only get better from here.

Learning from our pacers. They thought bowling to leg is the norm.

Not SA I don't think! I have them as my champion ...

NED will go HARDER on us than they did on ENG. I just cannot wait!.

Well, us choking them with spin 4 years ago is still so vivid in my memory that I will fency more of them same this time.

Taking about this match though, I think Ryan ten deserve the MoM.

England looked really rusty on the field today. Had they played their first match against Bangladesh I think the tigers would have won comfortably. But between this game and the one against Bangladesh, they will play India, Ireland and South Africa, by which time they will have adjusted to the conditions. So, it won't be as easy for the tigers to pull of a victory.

The Dutch bowling was lacking teeth and that was the ultimate cause of their defeat. It has more to do with the ability than experience alone. Experience is useless when there is no real ability at home for a resolute response.
