I was never a fan of Riyad. But from that WC, he changed my mind. Even recently I question his role in the team as a specialized batsman batting so low and not necessarily playing according to the need of the team.

But this game surprised me. He played a perfect game, also he was used for few overs. If he is used this way and he can produce this way, I will be a fan of his.

It was a good performance by Riyad.

If someone plays a good game, what's wrong acknowledging that? When he plays bad, we criticize him.

Fans doesn't select the team, the management does. We may like or dislike a selection, but we have no input selecting the team.

As for me, I know my role as a fan and would like to stick with that.

ya, it was an excellent cameo, 3 boundaries facing first three balls, pretty awesome.

That's in tests only, in ODI, Riyad was always good, in Bd context of course. Like from the very beginning, people knew that we weren't giving him any passes, that he was earning his spot every now and then. But Mushfiq? A total helpless and hapless basket case which we had to invest, and are only now getting the dividends. If it's one man's failures people forget about, it is Rahim, not Dullah.

Even in ODIs riyad always had done just enough, last couple of years he’s improved and really deserves his spot.

Can't believe there are still some people who questions his place in ODI and T20 side. Who are you going to replace him with , Mosaddek? Sabbir? Or Sir Ash?

Irreplaceable.... like that Beyoncé song.

The only time he goes to the left, to the left is when boarding the plane. You know...cuz he is first class.

"Mamadoulla" - Jeff Dujon. Was certainly superb last match.

Ive repeated many times to some short term mem loss walas here. That mama has done well im nidahas, asia cup t20', he can do the ending role. But seems he struggles to build if he comes say too early within 6-8overs of the match

Mediocre player who has been in the team for years. One expects mord from a senior. Even the new Liton is better than him

A wonderful knock of 11 from the part time bowler.

What would we do without you?

Riyad climbed upto no.4 in Top T20 Allrounder position. Shakib is 2nd. Having 2 top allrounders in the side is certainly an asset. IPLs loss really for not picking up one of the best allrounders in this format for relatively cheap

6 out of top 10 all rounders in T20I cricket are from outside the top 8 teams.

9 out of Top 10 bowlers and 10 out of 10 Top 10 batsman are from top 8 teams

This shows even though all rounders are important in T20 cricket but how much more importance does specialized batsman and bowlers have
