This is the wish list of cricket after the 2011 ICC World Cup

5. One Big Domestic League in an Associate Nation which will be the gathering of worlds best players (telecast and marketed aggressively all over the world)
6. World Club Cup
7. More new and beautiful stadiums with retracing roofs
8. Equal power and good money to all cricket boards not only BCCI & supreme power to ICC
9. Asia Cup ,Euro ,Africa & Americas Tourneys promoted in a big way
10. Less International Cricket (12 Tests & 15 Pro35s (i.e. 75 days of cricket) per nation per year not more)

this is what i believe should happen.
3 tier test league
tier 1: 8 teams. its the easiest to pick the eight. in a 4 year FTP they play each other at least once home once away.
tier 2: 8 teams: again in a 4 year ftp they play each other once home and once away. besides they will play one home and one away series against one of the TIER 1 A team.
tier 3: another 8 teams: and same as above.
PROMOTION: when a tier 2 team actually plays very well in tier 2. then they will get a two year robation period to prove they are good enough to be in Tier 1. if they pass probation they get promoted.
*** playing in full FC and list A competition is mandatory for all tier 2 and tier 3 team players. i.e during FC or list A competetion no team can have tours.
ODI: all tier 1 teams will get chance to play WC. tier 2 teams will have to qualify through qualifying games. besides in continental cups.... any team can play, no tier limit.
T20: it should be prohibited in tier 2 and tier 3. only tier 1 teams will have t20 status. tier 2 and 3 should concentrate on TEST and ODI.
*** also all tiers should have parallel u-15, u-19, academy and A team series.
