Good time with this CTG to reorganise or get a partner for this airline. Otherwise it would be too late.

according to the pictures, its the relatively new Airbus (A310 as far as I know) and not the DC-10s we inherited from the Mughals. Thanks to the Almighty, a mishap has been avoided..

OH man!! it looks dangerous. It looks like it was a lucky escape. I could see the fire imerging from the friction. It would have exploded had it not had the blessing from the Almighty.

Time for Biman to die a natural death and start afresh. Infestion's all over, amputaion is the only remedy.

Biman abandons aircraft after Dubai accident
Bdnews24.com . Dhaka
Biman Bangladesh Airlines has abandoned an Airbus, which met an accident at Dubai airport on March 12.
A senior Biman engineer told the news agency on Monday that two engines were damaged — one completely and the other partially —because of the accident. ‘We have declared the aircraft abandoned after an initial investigation,’ the engineer said.
as this is gone ...I hope the insurance will cover for the replacement flight.
