Bismillah.
This match was destined to be a dead rubber...except that now it won't be our last of the tourney. No pressure...just go out and play. Play to win, but no pressure.
And Mash out, Shafiul in. Arafat out, Nasir in (yes, I'm keeping Kayes).

A match we can take lightly but still could be important.
Winning against new Zealand will give us serious boost in confidence

If the win got to our team's head, I hope this loss brings them back to Earth so they can take the QFs seriously.

Hathuri suggested that we will stick to Sunny for this game, whom I think will be very soon called for chucking.

This... This feels different. BD team puts the Pro in procrastination, like myself. And it feels weird to finally play a game without all the **** hanging in the balance.
I have a really good feeling about this game, feel like we can shock some bitches... In that case I think we're doomed! Soul crushing defeat coming our way! We have no hope guys!

I have seen Ararat bowl. His action is really decent. Where did you see him chuck? The coach may stick to him as in New Zealand, Vettori is doing really well.

Let's make it 8-0 boys!
It's going to be high scoring games given the pitch is one of the flattest in this WC. BD better score 300+ if they bast first...

bd team is most likely going to be the same. Hope mash takes a rest for this game tho. I just want the opening batting combo to let loose and play strokes early on to put pressure back on the NZ bowlers.

That behavior was not directed at the girl seeking autograph. I can bet my house on it. I am sure some jackass was abusing him during practice

We have no chance in this match. We will be thrashed big time by the host. Mcculum will create new records. Souther boult will run through our batting order.

We need to drop imrul, put Sarkar uptop, bring in Nasir in the Middle, and maybe rest Mortaza. We need to just survive the new ball, even if we go at 3/4 an over, dont think theyre batting line up is strong, just McCullum on good form, even he's not that good, Williamson will be key for them, but he might not be fully fit. I reckon if we can get 270+ on the board and get McCullum out early, and restrict Williamson - we are in with a chance
For both these teams a place in the quarter-finals is safe - New Zealand courtesy of a serene run through the tournament and Bangladesh after their seismic victory over England in Adelaide. Now there is a final chance for fine-tuning before the knockouts. While New Zealand are assured of topping the group, a win for Bangladesh will push them past Sri Lanka, meaning they will avoid facing defending champions India in the quarter-final.

If we survive first 10 overs without too much damage we will score 250+

Mashrafe resting against Newzealand will be awkward. I don't think any players would want to rest, it's the World Cup. If he plays hopefully he will do well .

The team should not be complacent at all. They must go for win and if can win will definitely make our ground solid in 50 overs arena; no matter if we will win the QF or not....
I really see this match as the real testament for the team to compel the cricket world (who still don’t believe or do hesitate) to finally admit that BD has reached a level where it should no longer be considered as “slightly better than associates”, it is now at the same level of top 8 nations, at least in 50 overs competition.
Logically, I don’t see any reason of not winning the match against NZ, after all it should be taken as a prestige contest by our team. I still believe that if BD would have played against Australia, and if we would even lose, that match would definitely give us valuable additional match experience to better deal Sri Lanka; we could have beaten Sri Lanka.
Anyway, I am looking forward to this match and wish that BD shall deploy all its efforts to win.
