doesn't look like they're hard at work. drinking chai eating biscuit while practicing is more like laid back approach. this is what's gonna lead to pathetic fielding performance during the game.

Taskin needs to play every game..id rather have 3 pacers than play razzak..and arafat can play instead of gazi.

We can all hope that a strict task master will change the culture but the reality will be different. Make Tamim work hard and he will start whinging to his uncle. The uncle will resign and then the Prime minister will come into the scene. Make Shakib work hard and you risk your job. Drop Mullah and the captain will resign in the middle of a series. Ask for proteins for the players and you will get aloo bhaji. Ask for a fielding coach you will get a batting coach. Ask for Robiul from the selectors and you will get Abul. Just because Papon brought him over doesn't mean he will give him enough freedom to run the show. His chamchas will still remain powerful and ruin the game by interfering every now and then. Papon's chamchas are his source of power. Eventually Haturu da will run away like Pybus did and we will again be in search for another savior. |
