I want Bijoy in next 2 games, unless he scores another duck or single digit and we lose , if we win I'll play him 3rd ODI too.
He is a big scorer on batting friendly wickets, he has this knack of scoring hundreds.
Besides I don't trust Liton much, he is good for Tests but for limited overs he is even more limited.

Anamul isn't, Liton isn't (hasn't scored a 50 in 12 ODIs at 15 average) and Sarkar isn't. Infact, Liton is more of a glorified version of Sarkar. Both have sweet timing of the ball but not so much of technique. At least Sarkar started well and scored a lot of runs at one stage. I would say put Shanto alongside Tamim for the 2 remaining games and after than drop both Liton and Anamul for someone young.

Have you seen Anamul Bat? It's not the numbers or that he cannot score much currently that is the main problem , it's fine to give any youngster extended run in the team but his problem is he doesn't have any technique, ability or footwork or even the means to overcome those weaknesses to have any future in international cricket, that's a certain. It's better to give those chances to a player who is more likely to do well in future even if that youngster won't be scoring much during the beginning like how we stuck with Shakib, Mushfiq , Tamim many years ago.

Yeah but my point was to rather than give players like Liton who himself showed to be not good enough for ODI a chance instead is as bad as giving him a chance. Players like Shanto should be given a chance in ODI squad instead.

Liton has played less than 15 ODIs, at least anamul has played 35 so we’ve got a better indication of him.

Does have the game to play at the international level in particular away from home unless it’s an absolute pancake wicket!

Goes to make you wonder. What has likes of Nafees, do wrong! If anamul can get chances after chances. Nafees should’ve been given some t20s after the good run in bpl 2017

He's a failure. He has all the shots. He was the top run scorer at the under-19 world cup in Australian conditions, yet he has struggled badly at International level despite having a strong start. I don't know if it's bad luck or what, but he has barely improved. It's his fault really. He just doesn't have it in him. Should be dropped for good. I use to support him till now.

When will we see the end of him ? We might as well let Rubel open the batting and swing his bat to get a cameo.

Knowing our brilliant management he will get ten more games.

ARe you guys kidding? look what a frantic start he's given our team and then heroically and selflessly moved out of the way. Management is pleased. Anamul forever.

Anamul did take a lot of pressure of our scoring rate with that quick 23. Definitely deserves one more chance. Would like to see Liton get picked ahead of Sabbir and come in at 5 as today showed we needed players who could contribute quick runs. Also, I don't understand the hate for Anamul while the love for Liton who has yet to score a 50 in 12 ODI and his average is 15.

Don’t kick that what is easy to kick.

Kick that which is hard to kick.

Nothing to kick here , we are wasting a spot and time on someone who is going to be discarded one day or the other. It's a spot which could have been given to any other youngster in the country with a better future, as for liton and sabbir, their deficiencies in batting is not as acute as anamul's , even if they are not scoring runs now their ability ceiling is higher than anamuls

If Anamul hadn't scored that quick 23, we would have needed a lot more runs in the final over. He did fine, complementing Tamim with some quick runs. Also, Liton can only smash around against inferior bowling, the guy has yet to score a half century in 12 innings and has an average of 15. Sabbir is absolute filth and should only be considered as a T20 specialist.

We thought it was the end of him last series folks! But he keeps coming back! And gets selected every match

Maybe he has mama chachas in the BCB to back him or our selectors selects teams based on ESPNcricinfo statistics only , it's high time they see the player actually batting in real life rather than see some numbers .

A pure batting wicket and still cannot do anything, give him the flattest of pitches and he will still bat like a hack

Anamul is like a rash that doesn’t seem to go away. I wonder which selector’s back this guy scratches to get in?

How many times does this guy have to fail before they finally give up on him as an opener?

Try him as a finisher in Sabbir's spot. Soumya too.

It's been a decade and we're still searching for Tamim's partner and a finisher.

After the series win I am getting worried about seeing Anamul ruining games for us again in Asia Cup when it matters knowing our brilliant selectors

Oh God I hope we have seen the last of him, almost cost us the game today

This is another example how Abahani's dominance over BCB cripple our cricket. I see no other reason how Anam got the full ODI series in WI.
