Can't understand why so many have Shakib at #4. Golden rule of T20: play your best batsmen at the top. That innings against Pakistan in the World Cup shows exactly why he should bat at #3, especially if we're chasing 180+. It's really tough to decide who to pick as the 2nd opener. There's 4 candidates - Anamul, Ashraful, Shamsur and Jahurul. Ziaur should definitely get dropped and I would give the #7 spot to either Milon or Shabbir or even to Shamsur or Jahurul.

Shakib at 4 because that way he holds the top order and middle order together. No 4 allows him to avoid opposition's best bowlers with the new ball spell. Many people can play shots during power plays but only the best can push on the momentum even when the field is spread out.

hopefully tamim comes back strong in ODIS. If not i would go with Anam and Shamsu up top nd Shak at 3 then the rest. Mullah should stick to odis and tests, like clarke ponting etc.. some players just cant cut it t20.

1. Tamim Iqbal
2. Shamsur Rahman
3. Enamul Haque Bijoy
4. Shakib-al-Hasan
5. Mushfiqur Rahim(wk)
6. Nasir Hossain
7. Sabbir Rahman
8. Mashrafee Mortaza
9. Sohag Gazi
10. Abdur Razzak
11. Nazmul Hossain
extras: Shafiul Islam, Enamul Haque jr., Shahriar Nafees, Nazmul Hossain Milon, Taskin Ahmed
Timeout: I have doubts on Mashrafee, I think he has totally lost it these days(Both bat and ball). Milon should not be given the ball unless we want to go for an extra batter down the order...so i will replace Mashrafee with Taskin.
