New Age writing
Can someone tell me what the following paragraph from the New Age sports section is trying to say. We all make grammatical mistakes, but newspapers are supposed to have editors. Anyone who can write a more innovative sentence will get a free vacation to Australia courtesy of Career Design (Doorbin bhai, I hope I can make this offer on your behalf in the spirit of the New Year)
"The Ispahani National Cricket League a, who shared the one-dawill for the last time see most of its star players take field, when fourth round begins, today, in a match involving the two finalists of the last season, in a revised fixture."

take out the 'a' and make the othe one "one-day will" - now it's pretty clear... well almost. He is giving too much info in one sentence. It's not that bad.

I will give New Age a fair chance. So I will not have a go at them now as they also have printed some good interviews . However, if they want to compete with the others and establish a foothold they have to clean up their act.

Hey i love New Age, I think they are great and their articles are more in depth. Just thought that one report was special.
Nascer, your entry sucks!! Here's why:
The rules of the contest are to make it more "innovative" - ie I meant make it worse. And I don't think you can make it any worse, so Career Design can relax - there will be no winners!!
