One or two good innings is not a large sample size... Let's see how he does in the year and then it can be answered

There you go ! another premature thread. You don't need to project him that high at this time. Let him get settled first.

Needs to play more Tests before we can comment. 6 Tests isn't enough. Your thread title should say Tests. In ODIs it's Mashrafe.

it's only one series & it's against Zim in good pace bowling conditions compared to the conditions in sub continent.
So I say it's too early but he has showed all signs of becoming a very good bowler.
What is more assuring is that we saw him improving from ordinary to extra ordinary in this series.

Mashrafee is the one. But, Robi isn't that far. We need to see more of him in different conditions. I saw Robi at the Lord's when he was a bit more raw but in between he sent down some unplayable balls, too.

Wish him all the best. Certainly, he is very quick to LEARN from his experience.

The Test series hasn't even concluded and we reached to a new premature conclusion.

you have to take into account the strength of the opposition and the conditions before making judgment, Robiul did well but that doesn't make him the best ever in tests for BD,

Let him do it consistently for 4-5 matches first, then come back to this thread.

He has displayed exemplary control and consistency and on top of that the gigantic spells he is bowling innings after innings is just surreal. Let's see how he does against NZ.

may be not the all time best. but i think after Mash, he is the best find. he consistently gets swing and finds outside edge. a good prospect for BD. good to know mr. SRK days are over.

what is more challenging is for him to stay fit.
Let's all pray he & all others stay out of injury, once injured he might not be the same Robiul as now.
