Poor Jahurul, missing out on a century.
Well played for 79.

Naeem back on his format.

Nasirs FC batting stats are very average with only TWO centuries from 55 innings. Needs to take this format very seriously.

East should have picked Abu Jayed ahead of Kamrul Islam. Jayed is in form and much more threatening than Kazi. These useless selectors and management!!

He has always batted at 6 or 7. So, no excuses for not having more tons or not outs against his name. Nasir definitely needs to adjust his game and mindset for the longer version of the game.

Missing out on those Test centuries should teach him a lesson or two!

Why and how Mushfiq miss an FC half-century to an old horse like Enam Jr.?

Junaed gone for 3. why it didn't surprise me?

Naeem is showing his patience by playing out 150+ deliveries. Where was this patience in the 2nd innings of the first test against WI? Anyways, Good innings though. Make it a 100 please

If Jahurul got a 70 odd score then this just shows how poor our domestic players are because when I see him playing Internationally, he immediately struggles with short pitched balls and gets out. Someone describe to me in both those matches what the pitch was like?

Farhad Hossain in an interview said that his target is the test team. Now batting at #3 regularly. Carry on man.

Genau!

Alas! This is still the mentality of most BD cricketers. They usually play for self-interest only most of the time and not for the team.

Many simply dont bother to dive and try to save a boundary or take a tough or difficult catch. Most are afraid of picking up injuries and thus losing any potential incomes. In a way, its quite understandable given our economy, culture and all mismanagements.

Nayeem, Ashraful and Riyad are proven selfish cricketers. Hope, Riyad manage to become a better team player - now that he is the national VC.

i think north has the best potential bowling line up ....

shafiul : currently national setup, improving slowly and steadily
sajedul: cam in with great potential, lost out to injury, may be still a possibilty
farhad reza: perhaps a veteran now
saqlain sajib: one of the best domestic performer recent years.
suhrawardi shuvo: another best domestic performer, although lost a bit since his international debut

the saqlain-shuvo spin duo could be deadly

To me it was best to drop Shuvo and add Mahmudul. We all have seen how much deadly a spin attack can be with an Offi and a S L A combination.
