Default What Next?

So is there a tri-series coming up where BD will be featuring in?

So, before any other series, this whole setup of inorganic staff needs to see the door. It's looks like BD head coaching job is the toughest one in the Top 10 scene. Chop and change and bring in some kind of A-team. Not afraid of making radical changes and those who are the only ones having access to the media.
Words matter, and all talk without any action is a slap to the face...making outlandish statements pre-game and post-match...it's more than the 'heat of the moment'. Words matter.

The best thing that can possibly happen is setting up and establishing players who might be regulars in time for when the next world cup comes by. Some senior players might have to get the boot. But the common denominator should be: if you don't perform, we will replace you. This mantra should be played in the camps and dressing rooms on replay. It's called tough love, rough justice. They have to prove that they are not snowflakes.

Gentleman's game should not be the place for conspiracy here and conspiracy there. We are a team, we stick to each other like Roey Haque sticks to Mushfiqur Rahim. Morale building, the thing that great teams are made up of...even the US hockey team (an inexperienced team) had tons of morale as they battled the dominant Soviet team in Olympics of 1980, considered to be the greatest game of all time.

You wanna win?

The deck you have now is bad. You need to replace the deck. Otherwise, you'll keep on reshuffling and spitting out the same cards. The demons are always going to come back. As Aemon Targaryen said to Jon, "Kill the boy, and let the man be born."

I finish with a word salad:
Morale building. Team-unity. A stable head. Communication. Logic. Ethic. Discipline. Dedication. Determination. Retribution. Revivial. Revenge.

"A stable head. Communication. Logic. Ethic. Discipline. Dedication. Determination. Retribution. Revivial. Revenge. "

Stable head? Communication? Logic? Ethic? Discipline? Dedication? Determination? Retribution? Revenge?

These are all foreign word to our team right now and it will remain the same until BCB show some spine and suck it up that this hodge-podge tag team had an epic failure and they should publicly admit, that they should be more active in selection the permanent head coach, who will install all those in the team chemistry again.

Until they select a good head coach, thing will be even worst in near future.

Lets not pump up the hope and the have another epic failure in tri-series. BCB need to show that they are serious and want a change and make some quick move...

Otherwise expect another humiliating performance in away series. This team is rotten tree at the bottom, unless you address that, just giving water will not going to change any outcome.

Because there isnt much time between now and the next series, its a certain we have to do without a new head coach.

Wont hurt if BCB appoint Simon Helmot as interim coach/for series-since he is already with the squad. At least this guy has been coaching CPL and Big Bash teams. Let him do all the decision making, team selection, tactical thinking.

... but there was enough time between when Haturu gave notice and now. Until a coach is selected and implant his footprint, drastic change in team is just wishful thinking.

Just face the reality...it will be another ugly series for us.
