Club politics ruining cricket. Mosaddek is playing for Abahani today being in test squad. Sanjamul also playing. But Sabbir is playing test.

Or could be Mossa and Sunza were told they won’t be in the XI. So both requested leave to play in the only 50ov format league/tournament in the cricket craze country, the prestigious DPL?

I think that is the case. Some reporters are trying to stir the pot and trying to make something out of nothing.

Dropping Mossa was a mistake, but letting Mossa and Sunza play in DPL(who are not selected in the final 11) is not a bad decision in my opinion.

Sabbir should be banned from playing test and ODI. Only T20 is his format.

Abahoni or not... it doesnt matter to me personally.

The more serious accusation is: they didn't select Mossadek in the final 11 (national team) so that he can play Abahoni/DPL. At this level I believe its more conspiracy theory and speculation than established fact. Reporters need to do much better job to establish that accusation with some facts... unless they do so...I see no reason to believe that.

I doubt T20 is his format, right now he is not even good for moholla cricket.
Did nothing special in BPL either.

Abahoni is a very strong institution in Bangladesh, if not the strongest. Khaled Mahmud is a head coach of that club and some other BCB members also have close ties with that club. It could very much be a possibility that Mosaddek was axed because of club's interest more than country.

Anyways, someone please take out Sabbir and never bring him back to test. Just embarrassing stuff by him out there.
