Coach-Manager want Alok to play & Selectors want Moniruzzaman to play
Bangladesher Khela reports that Coach and manager wants Alok Kapali to play in the 2nd match, but the selectors want to play Moniruzzaman.
The final decision is not yet made.
I must agree with coach-manager's decision. Ideally, Habibul Bashar should be the one who should be dropped, but since both Bashar and Alok are experienced players than Rajin, so Rajin should be the one to be dropped to make way for Moniruzzaman.
Its a tough decision, but I think I would have liked things if Habibul Bashar were dropped instead of either Alok or Rajin.

NONE of them should be dropped. They all had 2 days to reflect and swallow the losses. Maybe things will turn out for the better in the remaining matches.

I second that opinion. It's gonna be Alok's time to shine. Habibul does well with some guilt in his mind. Rajin is a gritty hitter. I'm sure Moniruzzaman deserves a call, but, after such a poor show in the first ODI, I think we should keep these 3 guys. Nafis must go, no doubt.

If Alok is dropped ....
If Alok Kapali is dropped for today's ODI, then I want selectors' heads.
When was the last time that when a player has been performing well (batting average on the up - around 25 & up) and gets dropped?
Even during the times of Akram Khan and Aminul Islam, when their batting average was on 26, they had played in every matches that Bangladesh played.
And since the year 2002, since the influx of all these new cricketers, only now Hannan Sarkar and Alok Kapali's batting average, to be precise, One Day batting average is on its way up.
