Why can't I copy paste Excel sheets as tables anymore?

Dear Admin,
I use to be able to copy-paste Excel worksheets directly in to IPL subforum? Now it shows up like following.

but I can't seem to do it. I have requested to put it into a table, but haven't had a response yet.
If it's possible can you format the data into a table or tell me how I can put Excel sheets on here in future. Thankyou.
