I'm a bit confused, Ian.

The only way you change this is to plan for talent - and then develop it fully.

All you can do is re-arrange deck chairs on the Titanic at the moment, which make no difference to the outcome.

As soon as the BCB and others, draw a line and say "enough"... only THEN will this Test Cricket debacle start to end. It starts with a plan.

If you have no real goals, then you may as well take any road

Just curious, as you know that our players are just some hopeless bunch then why are you so interested to coach them? Don't seem like they will listen to you and start working hard all of a sudden.

WI wickets are more scarce than water in Sahara desert
Our batting is as stable as Dhaka Stock Exchange
Our batting technique is as solid as energy biscuit after soaking in a cup of tea

what a bad couple of days (sigh)

You can shuffle the pack or help them to believe. My point is that certain players will always be as they are.

The hope is in the future like Gazi, Anamul, Nasir, Moinmul etc. plus changing the culture.

I am not in charge and nor will I be, so whatever I say has no relevancy anyway.

Looks like the probability of getting a wicket is less than Zee creating a 'hit' thread

I disagree they are a hopeless bunch.

The current crop has challenges over the mindset. Long term, it will be a better team required.

My point is that SAH and TIK are already the best two players and are likely both happy with themselves so cannot see any changes in them. The rest of the squad feed off that.

He's no shuper man we know that Nadim. But it seems he is losing it. In the past even in his off form he used to take some wickets.

I think too many T20 games destroying his bowling. He wasn't like that before.

If he wants to become a good Test allrounder he should play less T20. And play more FC games.

He should've identified it when he was with them actually.. No point in identifying now as it has zero impact on our real problem...

Shakib is out of form. It was evident from NCL also.
It happens even to the best. This pitch and luck hasn't favored him also... he could have had a couple of wickets in this innings

It makes difference what I say, as I will never be in charge. Like u guys I am just a spectator.

I have an insight into what's wrong and I have good ideas how to help. It's not happening though

I wasn't head coach bhai.. I was bowling coach. That improved I think.

The team stuff was Jamie Siddons. He set the policy and plans as you know.

Don't be smug about me not making a difference when I come to BD.

The only time I have been head coach has been with Dhaka Gladiators... and we won the BPL

But people says, his NCL performance is irrelevant, Bcoz he can perform in test matches without doing anything in NCL... Th superman ...as he is called ...

But I do agree with him...our players aren't that eager to change anything after getting into national team...that's why you see years after years same things are happening...
