Kepler Wessels moved from South Africa to Australia as RSA were banned from Test Cricket during that time due to Apartheid. He returned when RSA regained their status to captain the side

Yes it was a joke but not towards james90. It was for the indian list. The point is to be the greatest or in here the second greatest, each country should only have one or may be two players, the less the better. King James were making that point with his long list.
